what your body needs daily?

1) slow-releasing carbs like fruits, full-grain bread and vegetables!

2) five SMALL meal a day to maintain a high metabolism and regulate your sugar level.

3) atleast 2.5 litres of water a day, herbal teas or fresh fruit juices.

4) atleast 40g of fibre.

5) eat protein with each meal. you only need 1g per kg of body weight. the rest needs to come from vegetarian products such as grains, vegetables, nuts and seeds.

6) the body only needs 1g of salt each day.

7) eat fresh fish atleast 3 times a week. no excuses.





A Ceaser salad for brunch?! Why not? If it tastes as great as the one we had at Coffee Bean I could eat it every day. my personal favorite was the Ceaser salad.



The lettuce was fresh and we all know that’s what makes a salad taste good. Besides it’s fresh and light taste, the salad dressing and the bread bits that came along with it completed the taste. Oh and not to mention the slices of boiled eggs at the side. Delicious!
